January 17, 2014 - Sorry that the comic's late. I generally try to make a point of seeing all the best picture nominees before the ceremony and as a result I needed to see a late show of Nebraska before it got pulled from the theater that's 15 minutes away and make me drive a bit longer to see it. So far I've seen six. Gravity, Nebraska, and Philomena I liked (which considering the content of Philomena in particular is unsurprising). Captain Philips, American Hustle, and The Wolf od Wall Street I didn't much care for (which again, considering at least The Wolf of Wall Street's content is unsurprising. I'll probably see the other three over the weekend. There's a part of me that kinda wants to only like Her of the remaining three so that it will be only films with one word titles that I like among the nominations.
