October 3, 2013 - I kinda hate how whenever something bad happens to someone on a tv show they try to play up the character's positive qualities to make us feel sorry for him or her. So, yeah... I'm not doing that.
Meanwhile Emily has a new
article,
Kaitlyn Hunt seems to have finally agreed to a plea deal, and a
Saudi Arabian cleric is spreading sexist and inaccurate information about operating motor vehicles.
Also I found this
article about women in the music industry pretty interesting especially considering the spectacle Miley Cyrus has seemingly bought into despite the fact I believe there was a way to attract a more adult audience without alienating her younger and more family-oriented fanbase (plus I'm unsure how well she'll retain her new fanbase as she hasn't really done much to prove this is anything more than a stunt or spectacle that can easily lose favor to the next outrageous act to come along (also as much as I like "We Can't Stop" despite questionable lyrical choices, "Wrecking Ball" is a pretty boring song in my opinion)).
