June 26, 2013 - Jennifer looking at adoption is long overdue.

News article dump: Colarado decided to allow a transgender elementary student to use girl's restrooms, an interesting look at anti-dating violence education, the makers of the offensive "keep calm" t-shirts have gone out of business, and an opinion piece on capital punishment with an emphasis on investing time and resources into creating efforts to eliminating the reasons one would commit crimes rather than pouring money into the prison system, which I think somewhat paralells the debate over what should be done about abortion. If more people invested their effort towards eliminating reasons why women seek abortions (and get unwanted pregnancies), less abortions would occur. I could probably talk in a bit more depth about these articles and I may in the comments if anyone's interested. But the comic's already 15 minutes late and I'd rather not make people wait longer.
