March 13, 2013 - I think I mentioned before that one of the few things I like about Ellie is her character design, and as such a lot of this plotline has just been an excuse to once again draw her in one of my favorite outfits of hers as otherwise she's pretty unbearable (and still kinda is). Regardless I think her character's about the closest to a traditionally feminine worldview of anyone on the main cast, and I think that's an important archetype to include as much as I rarely agree with having a worldview so rigidly defined by gender (especially in the traditional sense Ellie kinda clings to), and a large part of Ellie's character is exposing the problems with such a worldview when reality is rarely so black and white.
