In other news, South Dakota now requires abortion providers to give misleading information to its patients based on inconclusive studies. This isn't the first time this has occurred and likely won't be the last (heck, the fda still says the pill prevents fertilized embryos from attaching to the walls of the uterus even though more and more studies are showing it has no effect on such events and really works by completely preventing fertilization to begin with by delaying ovulation and slowing sperm movement). But it's the most recent so I thought I'd mention it.
