August 27, 2021 - So yeah, I'll probably talk about this more Monday, but before
With Fetus I ran a comic about a young woman named February Gray. Many of the characters from that comic have made
With Fetus cameos (though June was the only character with a blood relation to February to ever appear), and it was basically about being extremely depressed, which uh, the pandemic also seems to have been about that. So as a means of processing my time with the pandemic I kinda started kicking around applying not terribly dissimilar situations to February and other characters from her old comic, and I've actually built up a fairly decent number of comics. Like I've drawn 36 comics so far as of this evening and have almost an additional 50 scripted after that. I've been posting these twice weekly to my personal facebook for a few months now, so I figure might as well post them here as I continue to struggle to regain access to the February Gray website. These comics are intended to make sense without any previous knowledge of
February Gray, so don't worry if you never read that. If I can get the site back, I'll probably post the old comics, though some of them can be pretty cringy as they're from about fifteen years ago. I haven't mathed out when I'll catch up to what I've posted already on facebook, but for now I'll be posting comics five days a week until I catch up to the two day a week schedule I've been using on facebook. So all of a sudden you're about to get like at least 2 months of this site regularly updating, albeit not with
With Fetus. Be advised I'm not going to be posting trigger warnings, so I should say now that these comics deal heavily with suicide ideation, substance abuse, and abusive relationships if you're sensitive to those topics. For now here's a cover image that iirc takes place roughly between comics 11 and 12. You may recognize Victoria who previously made a cameo
here.
